Breakfast in America Supertramp 1979

I had toaster strudels for breakfast, in case you were wondering.

This was another CD that I picked up during a record shop visit today. A few days ago I was going to drop in, but I decided to stop for ice cream first, and the Fiero stranded me there. I finally got the Fiero fixed yesterday, so I was able to go today.

But let's talk more about the song. Previously, I was only familiar with Goodbye Stranger from this album, but decided to pick it up anyways because it was one of the only CDs that I didn't already have, and I wanted something to listen to in the car.

Whenever I listen to a new album in the car, I usually go through the whole thing in order before either shuffling or looping a few favorites. I was a fan of The Logical Song as well, but kept coming back to this one throughout the rest of the day.

On a related note, the best MIDI I could find for this song still doesn't do it justice. If you want to give it a listen, definitely pick the original instead for this one.
