When I Kissed the Teacher ABBA 1976

It's bad this time.

Yesterday I was sorting my vinyl records, and came across this album. I had never listened to it in its entirety before, so I figured I'd put it on while I did some cleaning up.

This song, being the first one on the album, immediately got stuck in my head. Like really stuck. The poor souls stuck in traffic with me were forced to hear this song on repeat. Good for them.

Apparently this is considered an underrated song. I do agree to some extent, but at least it did make it onto More ABBA Gold.

When ranking ABBA hidden gems, The Daily Telegraph called this song "a surreal, pop homage to low level sexual harassment".

I'm not sure how I feel about this.
